AI / ML Engineer

Summary

We are looking for an AI / ML Engineer to join our Enterprise AI & Automation division. You'll design and ship private model infrastructure, agentic workflows, and automation systems that keep our clients' data and intelligence fully in-house, never dependent on third-party wrappers.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine-tune models for enterprise use cases across text, vision, and voice.
• Build and maintain agentic workflows and automation pipelines for real production traffic.
• Own model evaluation, versioning, and deployment inside client-controlled environments.
• Optimize inference latency, cost, and reliability for on-device and self-hosted systems.
• Partner with software engineers to integrate models into full-stack products.
• Research and prototype emerging techniques in agentic and on-device AI.
• Document model behavior, limitations, and guardrails for internal and client teams.
• Strong grounding in machine learning fundamentals and modern model architectures.
• Experience with Python, PyTorch or similar, and MLOps tooling.
• Comfort working with private, security-boundary-constrained infrastructure.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into shippable AI systems.
